The Tramex Building Survey Inspection Tech Kit is a compact kit comprising of the Moisture Encounter MEX5 and a pin electrode and allows for both non-destructive and pin moisture content readings of drywall, wood, plaster, brick, ceramic tiles, resilient flooring, laminates and roofing and numerous building materials.

Deep Depth penetration of up to 1¼" (30mm) and Shallow Depth penetration of up to ⅜” (9mm). The dual depth readings of surface and core moisture can be compared to eliminate the influence of the substrate when testing coverings.
