The DaisAE is a wireless acoustic emission (AE) system designed to provide a cost-effective, reliable, outdoor solution for structural health monitoring applications. The remote system—complete with data management and smart analysis capabilities—is a powerful monitoring tool for suspension bridges, cable bridges, pipelines, high-mast light towers, tank bottoms, transformers, and more.
The DaisAE is an adaptable system. It comes in four basic configurations, spanning Power over Ethernet (PoE), Wi-Fi, and single or multiple AE channel options, each intended to meet individual operators’ specific needs,. With PoE and system-on-a-chip technology, the system lowers costs, reduces cabling and installation time, and optimizes communication. Operators will always stay informed of any potential safety hazards through the system’s real-time data collection and alarm capabilities.
